My little Eva the Diva turned ten months old. Someone please tell me where those ten months went, it fells like it took her forever to get here and then when she finally did the time has flown by. I will admit I wish she would just stay in this stage a little bit longer. Sure, she wears me out on a daily bases with all of her shenanigans but she is so adorable! In fact as I am writing this little post I can hear her sweet little voice just jabbering away in her crib. She brings so much energy and sunshine into our family, we love her so much!
EVA GRACE AT 10 MONTHS:
- She pulls herself up on just about anything
- She is starting to cruise along the furniture
- She gets into anything that she possible can and never stops
- She basically eats what we eat at this point
- Has no interest in regular old baby toys
- Rides in a front facing car seat
-Loves her pink, fuzzy blanket
- Gets so excited whenever Porter walks into the room
- Loves to follow her dad around the house while he gets ready in the morning
- Squeals whenever she doesn't get what she wants
- Loves olives
-Has just enough hair for a little tiny ponytail
- Stands up in her crib after nap and yells at me until I go get her
Since I do monthly updates on Eva I feel like my little Porter gets left out. Porter Lynn is as crazy as ever he too is a little ball of energy. He loves preschool, and playing with his friends. He started sunbeams in January and is not a very big fan of that. He would much rather be in nursery playing with cars and eating a snack. He pretty much makes a scene until I leave to teach my class and then he will settle down and participate.
He has an infatuation with superheros of every kind, but particularly the Avengers. Never did I think I would know so much about comic book superheros. In his perfect world I would let him wear his Caption America and Spider Man pajamas everyday all day! He has also recently been introduced to games on our I-touch. It is amazing how fast kids that little can pick up things like that. We really have to watch the time he gets on that everyday because he gets sucked in so fast.
Porter is still not growing at a rate we are happy with, so we decided to take him back into a doctor where he has had to have blood work done. We can now rule out Ceilacs disease, but are being sent up to Primary Children's to see a specialist. There they will test him for a number of things and hopefully we will get some answers. Despite his small stature the kid does not lack for energy, we love him so much!
